AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as AECC CAE) was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. AECC CAE is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, service and technical consultation for commercial aircraft engines. AECC CAE is the designated domestic engine supplier of the COMCA C919 narrow body passenger aircraft.  The longer term product plan covers the product series for narrow-body aircraft, wide-body aircraft and regional jets. AECC CAE is aspired to become a competitive world-class OEM of commercial aircraft engines.

It is toward this long term strategic goal that we invite senior executives worldwide to apply for the position of AECC CAE president open immediately.

Ⅰ. Position Open


Responsibilities: Implement resolutions by the Board of Directors, execute the strategic plans of the company and major national programs undertaken by the company, and preside over overall responsibilities including R &D, production and operation.


1.     A strong sense of mission, responsibilities, interests of the company, and entrepreneurship. Support and practice the corporate value and cultural of AECC.

2.     Good knowledge of airworthiness, profound managerial experience in civil aviation engine or civil aviation industry, contemporary corporate management methods, in-depth understanding of the landscape of the industry and the market at home and abroad, and modern aerospace manufacturing technologies.

3.     Acute strategic visions, excellent decision-making ability and market adaptability, ability to lead the core leadership team to guide the development of AECC CAE based on external political and economic situation.

4.     Global vision and abilities of management and operations, ability to explore and expand significantly international resources of suppliers and partners.

5.     Competitive and yet cooperative, strong communication skills and ability to handle complex issues and challenges.

6.     Excellent abilities to learn and to innovate. Strong work ethics, personal integrity and character, and a proven track record of outstanding performances.

7.     Excellent physical and mental health for this highly intensive and challenging position.

Ⅱ. Qualifications

    Additional personal qualifications are as follows:

1.     Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution.

2.     15 +years of relevant industrial experiences, including 2 +years of senior executive experiences in a R&D institute or a large enterprise.

3.     Candidates younger than 53 years old are encouraged to apply.
